1. What payment methods are available?

We do not accept cheques, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards. For payments by credit cards, your billing address must exactly match your name, address, postal code and telephone number as they appear on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process of your credit card.

The INTERAC ® Online payment option is currently only available to cardholders with online banking at one of the following financial institutions: RBC Royal Bank, Scotiabank, and TD Canada Trust.

Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses (PO boxes are not accepted).

Your phone number and email address are also required in case our Customer Service team needs to contact you about your order.

2. Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We charge sales tax at feetfirstshoes.com just as we do in our stores. Taxes are charged based on provincial and federal tax laws, and the applicable tax rates for your order. Where required, taxes may also be applied to shipping fees. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on the returned item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes paid on the shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error.
